To introduce Lisi Harrison, author of the controversially snarly and hilarious series The Clique (newest edition, #6: Dial L for Loser, just sauntered onto the shelves), we thought it best to let this fan who posted on Amazon speak:
Being 13 and one of the self-proclaimed biggest fans of the Clique series, I would say that this one (#6) did not fail me at all! I mean, being from a part of California that's actually (gasp!) not Los Angeles, Laguna Beach, Orange County, or Beverly Hills, I really don't like reading books that talk about L.A., but, being a Clique lover, I just had to read it. I hearted it! People that don't like it most likely don't have any of these three things: style, imagination, or fun.

When I first started at MTV my old boss made me get inside a Butt-Head costume (as in Beavis and Butt-Head) and march in a parade through Aspen, Co. People were hanging out on balconies whipping snowballs at my massive head and it kept tipping over. Eventually two big dudes had to walk beside me to keep me from losing my balance and and eating pavement.
We'd like to name a burger in your honor. What kind of fixins should it have?

Hey just popping in, but I am 11 and I totally look 14 and thats what I get alot and everyone asks if i am.....Also I am a great actor, well thats what everyone says and I would love to play a part I think I would be really good at Massie or even Layne lol!!!But i really wanna audition but I am too younge to yah know do that win a Clique thing so I would luv to know when auditions are!Thanks!

hi, my names klly and im 13. ive been reading the clique books a lot and im on the last one [sealed with a diss]. i really like them and even though my older sister laughs at them i would really love to be in one. i could be massie or claire i think. or maybe even kristen. i love sports [mostly volleyball], i can be mean but i am also really sensitive. i live in a small town but steal deal with cliques and other things so i feel like i could do well in the making of this movie. my favorite book is the pretty committee strikes back.

seriously. it should be manditory to have NEW FACES in places like:

NYC,
Little Rock,
etc.
there should be more contests---ones with better scoring than the sugarloot one!!!!!
THe sugarloot contest idea kind of sucked.
People just voted for themselves every day, and there were no judges but desperate little girls!

The Clique books are the most ah mazing things I have EVER read and I read a lot. I cannot wait for "Brat fest at Tiffany's" to come out in Feb.I think I would be able to be Claire because of my blond hair and my bad nail habits, but I would willingly dye my hair brown or red to be Massie, Alicia, Dylan or Kristen!!!:D

me and my friends loveeee the book...were huge gossip girl fans as well as the clique
when my friends and i heard it was gunna be a movie they were all telling me that i should go for alicia...cuz since im tan they all say i can pull off any ehtnicity hehehe

I have every clique book that has been available for sale so far. I just bought the Massie summer book a few days ago and I thought it was really good. I'm not gonna lie, I am officially a clique book addict.

hey everybody,
it's lisi harrison here. the movie we are making is going to be ah-mazing. the dates for the auditions are as followed.
July 15-17 in Houston,TX
July 19-21 in Jacksonville,FL
July 23-25 in Philadelphia,PA
July 27-29 in Hartford,CT
July 31-August 1 in Minneapolis,MN
August 3-5 in Seattle,WA
and last but not least our last audition for the movie is August 6-8 in Los Angeles,CA.
We have not yet chosen a title of the movie yet but the scripts are being written. Look ah-dor-able for the auditions or else there is no you. The only thing harder then getting in is staying in. And total EW or LBR might want to try out for a different movie. Unless your a good actress. We are also looking for a Todd, Nathan, and all of the other boys in the series.

wow i agrre i ah-dore these books. they are so fascinating to read and they remind me of my school. Because we are devided into many cliques! such as: cheerleaders,football players,basketball girls,basketball boys, skaters,the average,the smokers,the dorks, and the freakishly fats. But i wouldn't really call them that face to face. But i can knda relate to the books.
