Of course, I *love* librarians (hey, I write because I spent so much time in libraries as a kid!)
Last weekend, I had the chance to meet a fabulous librarian, Linda Conroy of the Timberland Regional Library in Centralia, Washington. Linda loves books for teenagers--she reads them herself--and goes out of her way to make sure they're stocked in her library. Her library also hosts a teen reading group. How cool is that?

Liz Burns over at A Chair, a Fireplace, and a Tea Cozy (http://yzocaet.blogspot.com/) should be crowned Uber-Librarian Goddess of the YA Universe!
She runs a top notch blog with insightful reviews of the latest in children's and YA books. She is a vehement promoter of literacy and wears her love for authors on her sleeve. When she recommends a book or author, you know you're gonna like it.
And if THAT doesn't make her the winner: did I mention her obsession with Buffy the Vampire Slayer?
Word.
